Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a legend detailing various areas of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
